Whether it’s launching the first cancer vaccine for Merck, telling a classic story of a boy and his dog for IAMS, or relating to parents about the “joys” of bedtime for Breyers, I believe in finding a memorable story in which the brand can naturally fit.

When I realized how few women make it to the “c” suite in my company, I created #BetterByHalf, a program that encourages both men and women, at every level, to uncover barriers keeping women from advancing to the highest levels. A more gender balanced management results in a more profitable company and who could argue with that?

I am currently a consultant to the NYWIFT program, From Script to Pre-production (FS2P) as well as a member of The Television Academy. My first love is screenwriting and my first script won a slot in the mentorship program through the Writers Guild East.
